  • Full time 38 hours p/w, ongoing role
  • Parkville location, with multiple public transport options available  
  • $74,448 - $82,305  + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

Senior Donor Administration Officer

The Senior Administration Officer Donor and Surrogacy Services provide excellent customer service and quality, effective and efficient administration services to patients and their families, and support to colleagues across PFC.  As a member of the Donor and Surrogacy team within the wider Reproductive Services department, you will liaise with patients regarding appointments, results and enquiries, organise gamete transport, perform audits and support laboratory and clinical staff with a wide range of administrative functions. As a senior administration officer, you will be required to provide leadership and guidance to other members of the team.

About the role

As a Senior Administration Officer, you will provide leadership and guidance to team members, assist with workflow coordination, contribute to process improvements, and ensure high standards of service, confidentiality and patient care are maintained.

A regular day will see you:

  • Conduct routine audits, maintain accurate records and databases
  • Organise and monitor gamete transport, ensuring compliance with regulatory and laboratory requirements
  • Coordinate, book and manage patient appointments to support efficient clinic operations and ensure a positive patient experience.

About you

We are looking for a reliable and well organised Senior Administrative Officer who is proactive, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
