  • Ongoing, part time (0.2FTE per week) role 

  • Parkville location, with multiple public transport options available including the new Metro Trains tunnel 

  • $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 per annum (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About The Pauline Gandel Women’s Imaging Centre 

The Pauline Gandel Women’s Imaging Centre comprises the Department of Radiology and the Department of Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasound. The Centre oversees the provision of high-level complex, primary through quaternary care to both inpatients and outpatients (women, fetuses and newborns). We also provide gynaecological and obstetric procedures to patients referred from other healthcare providers seeking tertiary imaging and diagnoses. 

 

About the role 

The purpose of the Receptionist is to provide front of house reception and clerical support to a very busy Medical Imaging department.   This position requires high level, accurate data entry of patient registrations & appointments, effective management of all telephone queries, patient billing, and daily clinic liaison.
