  • Full time, fixed term parental leave cover until March 2027
  • Parkville location with flexible, hybrid working 
  • $74,448 - $82,305 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About the team

The People Experience team is responsible for delivering initiatives that strengthen the capability, wellbeing and engagement of Women’s staff and create a positive employee experience. We are committed to partnering with managers and staff to support the Women’s to achieve its strategic priorities and be the ‘best place to work, learn and contribute’.

 

About the role

The People Experience Co-Ordinator plays a key role in supporting the overall wellbeing and experience of Women’s staff.  

 A regular day will see you:

  • Co-ordinating a calendar of staff engagement and wellbeing events.   This includes staff wellbeing forums, organisational wide campaigns such as RUOK? Day, staff awards, leadership forums, focus groups etc.
  • Overseeing the Women’s staff benefits program and responding to staff queries
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of reward and recognition initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing communication plans for key projects and wellbeing events.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of staff benefits and wellbeing initiatives and recommending opportunities for improvement.

 

 

About you

You are someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, has strong interpersonal skills, enjoys working with diverse internal and external stakeholders such as benefit providers, managers and employees, and are passionate about the wellbeing and experience of Women’s staff.

You’ll bring with you:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or relevant discipline, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and time management skills.
  • Experience co-ordinating the planning and implementation of organisational wide staff programs/events.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of wellbeing, reward and recognition and staff benefits initiatives.
