About the Team:
The People and Patient Experience team leads initiatives that strengthen how we listen to, partner with and respond to the experiences of patients, consumers and staff. The team works across the organisation to embed contemporary patient experience practices, drive improvement and support delivery of the Women’s strategic priorities.
About the role:
As an Patient Experience Systems Consultant you lead the delivery and ongoing optimisation of patient experience systems, data and reporting across the Women’s. In addition, ensuring patient feedback is effectively captured, understood and used to drive meaningful improvement, working closely with clinical, operational and technical teams.
A regular day will see you:
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of patient experience systems and tools (e.g. Telehealth, Health Hub, REDCap, VHES (The Victoria Healthcare Experience Survey)
- Support users of the systems with training and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance, data quality and user experience, driving continuous improvements
- Analyse patient feedback data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to embed the use of patient feedback in service improvement
About you:
You are a highly capable and proactive professional who combines strong systems and data skills with a passion for improving patient experience. You are confident working across multiple stakeholders, able to lead system improvements, and comfortable translating data into practical action in a complex environment.
You’ll bring with you:
- Experience leading the implementation and optimisation of digital consumer or service platforms and survey tools
- Strong data analysis and reporting capability (e.g. Excel, Power BI or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams to drive change and improvement
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
