  • Full time, fixed term until December 2026
  • Carlton location with hybrid working option
  • $121,274 - $133,842 (pro-rata for part-time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About the team

The Finance and Corporate Services Department supports the Royal Women’s business performance through high-quality financial, procurement and business advice, while also leading the organisation’s risk management program.

This position reports to the Director, Corporate Services and supports Risk Management, Procurement, Payroll and Facilities services across the organisation.

About the role

As an Manager, Risk Systems & Reporting you will lead the implementation, optimisation, reporting, and governance of the organisation’s enterprise risk management system. You will support strategic change by strengthening risk reporting, capability, and processes, while ensuring alignment with the corporate risk framework and providing risk insights to support informed decision-making.

A regular day will see you:

  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and professional development as required
  • Establish system standards, workflows, and governance structures.
  • Lead all VMIA insurance and risk reporting requirements for the organisation.
  • Maintain the internal audit schedule and support organisational readiness.

About you

You’ll bring with you:

  • Significant experience in enterprise risk management or risk systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capability.
  • Qualifications in Risk, Information Technology, Business, or related fields
  • Experience with risk reporting
