  • Part time 0.53FTE  20 hours per week, ongoing role 
  • Parkville location, with multiple public transport options available  
  • $58,442 - $64,610 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

 About the department
The Outpatient services accommodate specialist care for women in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Both areas provide care for women, their families, clinicians, research and academic staff.

About the role

As an  Admin Clerk you will provide excellent customer service, provide high quality data entry and general administration duties and ensure efficient and effective service operations by performing all the responsibilities and duties outlined.
 A regular day will see you:
•    Ensure that work practices are in line with documented business rules, policies and procedures

•    Greet all women and families in a courteous and professional manner
•    Complete data entry work within designated time frames, and accurately

•    Organise referral management and appointment scheduling
•    Manage phone, online and health hub enquiries, and reception duties
About you

You will be someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment..
You'll bring with you:

•    Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional telephone
•    Demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritise and problem solve
•    Ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure at times
