About the unit
The Operating Suite provides surgical services 24 hours per day, seven days a week and consists of 7 operating theatres including one dedicated emergency theatre and, a day procedure theatre. Surgical specialties include obstetrics, gynaecology, urogynaecology, breast, IVF and oncology.
About the role
As an ANUM of operating theatres you will play an integral role in the functioning of the department by providing strong leadership and support to the team. You will provide comprehensive assessment, planning, and implementation for the department as well as and evaluation, feedback and support to the wider team.
A regular day will see you:
- Work across and provide leadership in areas of Theatre Nursing: PACU and Anaesthetics, or Scrub Scout
- Be professionally accountable for the standard of nursing care provided
- Be aware of and work in accordance with Hospital policies and procedures
About you

- Post graduate qualifications
- Divison 1 Registered Nurse
- Experience in leading teams
