  • Part time (0.4 FTE), fixed term until 30/6/26 role

  • $60,782 - $64,610 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About the team

The Women’s is excited to offer a Public Fertility Services (PFS) for Victorians. Building on decades of leadership in fertility care, in 2022 we successfully secured funding to establish Australia’s first fully PFS designed to provide comprehensive person-centered fertility care to eligible patients. The focus of PFS is to offer high-quality, safe and value-based care that is inclusive and culturally safe and improves access to fertility services for those who are currently underserviced by the private sector. This includes single people, Aboriginal Victorians, LGBTIQ+ Victorians, people with a disability, people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, people from regional / rural communities and people living on low incomes.

About the role

As an Administration Officer you will provide excellent customer service and quality, effective and efficient administration services to the Department. As a member of the Reproductive Services team, you will provide front reception, nursing office and satellite booking office assistance according to a rotating roster. Even while rostered to a particular area, you may be asked to assist other team members as workload varies, to provide an efficient service to Reproductive Services.

A regular day will see you:

  • Assist in daily clinic operations including checking patients in and out.
  • Book and schedule patient’s IVF procedures
  • Assist the nursing department with general clerical duties and perform other clerical duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communicate well with patients and their significant others, colleagues, medical staff and ancillary staff, ensuring a high commitment to customer service

About you

You’ll bring with you:

  • Working knowledge of EPIC, iPM and CLARA programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • To be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy
