About Neonatal Services
As a state-wide leader in neonatal services, each year we care for up to 2000 premature and unwell babies from across Victoria in our Neonatal intensive care and special care nursery. The neonatal team provides a family-centred care approach, and our model of care is centred on keeping mothers and babies together.
About the role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to neonatal services, ensuring efficient daily operations. This role inlcudes assisting nursing management with calender coordination, scheduling, meeting organisation and handling clerical tasks to support seamless neonatal service functions.
A regular day will see you
- Manage and coordinate the NICU management team's diary
- Schedule and organise department meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting documents
- Provide general administrative support to the NICU managment team
- Perform data entry and generate reports
- Assist with administrative tasks for the recruitment process
- Participate in general administrative tasks
About you
You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the seamless management of neonatal services.
You'll bring with you:
Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service, including 1+ years experience in a healthcare setting
High level of computer literacy with a range of applications including MS Office Familiarity with databases and accurate data entry skills
