About the team
Positioned under the wider Women’s Health Services Directorate, the Administrative Officer will join part of a larger established Reproductive Services Unit team dedicated to the provision of Public Fertility Care. Our focus is to recruit exceptional staff who are aligned to the values and purpose of the Women’s and the Reproductive Services Unit. Collectively our team aims to to provide excellent customer service and quality care in all areas of fertility for patients referred to our service.
About the role
As an Administration Officer for the Counselling Program located within the wider Reproductive Services Unit, you will liaise with patients regarding their enquiries and appointments and assist clinical staff with a wide range of administrative functions. The key role will be to assist with the effective and efficient administration services required for the smooth operation and service delivery required for fertility counselling
A regular day will involve:
- Responding to patient enquiries and scheduling patient appointments.
- Registeration of details for referred patients into electronic medical records
- Assisting the Counselling Manager with a range of administrative duties
- Provide patients with accurate and relevant information relating to the donor conception register program, unit clinical guidelines and relevant legislation.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth administrative operations
About you

- Previous relevant experience in medical or fertility clinic outpatient setting
